This is how the famous White Squadron was born, as it was named by the Italian journalist Curzio Malaparte.<\/p><p>In 1942, in Mogo\u015foaia, she married Constantin Basarab Br\u00e2ncoveanu, one of the martyr voivode's descendants. In 1948, he was imprisoned for political reasons by the communists, leaving her a prey to poverty, along with two children. A\u0219a ia na\u0219tere celebra Escadril\u0103 Alb\u0103, cum a fost denumita de jurnalistul italian Curzio Malaparte. \u00cen 1942, la Mogo\u015foaia, se c\u0103s\u0103tore\u015fte cu Constantin Basarab Br\u00e2ncoveanu, unul dintre descenden\u0163ii voievodului \u2013 martir. \u00cen 1948, acesta e \u00eenchis pe motive politice de comuni\u015fti, l\u0103s\u00e2nd-o prad\u0103 s\u0103r\u0103ciei, \u00eempreun\u0103 cu doi copii.
